As both an experienced Registered Dietitian and a Health and Wellness Coach, I bring a unique approach and set of skills to our sessions. We will focus on tapping into your own power to create sustainable changes that will help you not only nourish your body, but flourish in life. We will figure out together what changes you feel inspired to make in your life to achieve your goals. Our sessions are all about YOU!

Although we may be able to support and assist with a variety of conditions and goals, we specialize in supporting those who are ready to take action to lose excess body weight for good! Weight loss is a multi-faceted process that can be challenging to navigate on your own. Learning to nourish yourself and flourish in life is about so much more than “eat less and move more.” We love partnering with people to help them lose weight, build confidence and improve their overall wellbeing.

We also specialize in general optimization of nutrition for wellbeing and for the treatment of diabetes.

If you are more interested in Health and Wellness Coaching exclusively, any private pay sessions can be focused on coaching, rather than on Medical Nutrition Therapy. Just let us know on your intake form.
